Geppert Container Mixers & Agitators

We have partnered with Geppert, a
leading German manufacturer of container mixing systems,
and are able to supply two types of intermediate bulk
container mixer, the CR type which
is for lighter applications, and the LRK type
which is heavier duty and is non transportable. Both
types suit either stainless steel or plastic IBC's |

Geppert Container Mixer: Type CR |
|
|
Applications: Transportable
mixers, for intermediate bulk containers and hopper
pallets
- Chemical and petrochemical industries
- water treatment, flocculants
- paints and varnishes
- cosmetic and perfumes industries
- food and bevarge industries
Homogenizing of precipitating media, diluting, thickening
and mixing without expensive transfusion into special
stirrer vessels.
Construction: Mixer
with detachable agitator shaft with three-blade propeller
directly connected to the driving motor. Sealing against
vapours and dashes by means of V-ring. Container cover
with packing and two handles.
Drive: Three-phase motor 220/ 380
V, 50 Hz, type of protection IP 54 or explosion proof
EEx e.
Materials: Agitator shaft and propeller
of stainless steel 1.451 (316ss) or steel with PP-cover.
Container types: Stocking tanks
and hopper pallets, capacity up to 2 500 l of steel,
aluminium, stainless steel or plastic.

Geppert Standard Agitator: Type LRK |
| Standard agitator (for high torque
transmitting duties) with supporting stool constructions
for use on open top and enclosed top vessels operating
under atmospheric or pressure - vacuum conditions. |

Unit Construction:
Motor drive via hydraulic power pack or standard spur-,
helical spiral-, miter-, worm-, or infinitely variable
speed gearbox drives with flexible coupling drive
(within adaptor housing) to agitator shaft located
in double stool bearings in cast iron housing within
a stool drive support.
Drive: Hydraulic motor with power
pack to suit but all drives fitted with standard three
phase IEC electric motors with protection class (EEx
e) or pressurized type (EEx d). Standard motor speeds
to suit also pole change speed types can be supplied
where applicable.
Agitator Shaft: Solid bar, carefully
straightened to give near vibration free operation.
Flanged coupling connections inside vessel on request.
For extra long shaft extensions shaft footsteady bearings
can be providet to suit.
Agitator Elements: Standard types
acc. To German DIN 28 131 and special construction
to suit.
Material of Construction: Agitator
shaft and element in carbon steel or suitable stainless
steel 1.4571 (3.16ss) or equivalent. Carbon steel
rubber covered. Other materials or protective covering
to suit process conditions.
Agitator Shaft Seals: According to
operating pressure or vaccum conditions - vapour seals,
stuffing box,also meschanical seals can be providet
of design.
Agitator Mounting Flange: to DIN,ASA
also special mounting flange ratings on application. |
